Basically 10% water change every 2 weeks. There is a 6 line wrasse in there. It's so aggressive so I dont put any more fish in there. I used to have a tang, clown, blennies in there at one time. Small fish is no a problem. It can hold from 1-4 small fish.
Light = 2x36W (comes with the tank). The whole setup is $169, light included. Light only cost around $86.
The tank comes with 2x36W PC. One actinc (12,000K) one daylight (7100K).
